Eric Heindel has 15 years of work experience in business, law, and compliance. He has been responsible for business analysis, financial management, QA testing, work flow monitoring with ServiceNow and JIRA, Scrum and Agile project management, and software implementations to monitor electronic communications, assess risk, maintain records, and enable compliance.

Eric attended Georgetown University and majored in Finance. He worked as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch before attending law school. Since 2005, Eric has advised many banks, corporations, and law firms on compliance, risk management, and investment issues.

Gramercy Technology Associates - Honolulu, Hawaii, 2016 - 2018

Advised technology companies as an IT Compliance Consultant on QA testing, legal compliance, software licensing, electronic communications monitoring, information security, and project management. Identified numerous security issues with a website distribution platform for podcasts and media. Created and executed a test plan to ensure a 20% reduction in errors using Agile principles.
